If your site includes secure areas such as a secure curriculum extranet, forums, or Virtual RuckSacks, users will need to identify themselves to the site via a Login Box. This can be included on every page or on a page dedicated to secure access.
Printer Friendly Button
Many web pages look great on the screen but disappoint when they are printed. If you want visitors or pupils to print a page and be sure that it all ends up on paper, then include a Printer-Friendly button, which will reformat the page for printing.
Search Tools
The Search Tool will allow a visitor to find any published document they need without requiring them to find it in your website's folder structure. This tool behaves in a manner similar to other Search Engines with which users will be familiar, while the scope of the Search is limited to your website only.
Site Maps
Sometimes it can be hard to find the page you need when you visit a new site. Other times a visitor may be so impressed with a section of your site that they want to find out where else they can explore.
In either case, a Site Map will explain the structure of your site. There is no need to maintain this page - it's automatically kept up to date.
